How to use :

For optimal results, it is suggested to utilize the product with 3 to 5, 10-minute treatments every week for a duration of 4-6 weeks, followed by regular maintenance.

• Clean your skin
• Secure device comfortable around your neck using velcro straps
• Use eye protection
• Start 10-minutes treatment
• Remove device + apply moisturizer to skin
• Wipe down device

It should be noted that this product is not recommended for use by pregnant or breastfeeding women.

How do I clean it?

You should clean your device with a water-based wipe before every treatment. Baby wipes work great! Stubborn stains can be removed by wiping gently with 70% alcohol.

Omnilux devices are covered under a manufacturer's warranty if your product fails after the initial return window. Under normal use, Omnilux devices are warranted for 2 years from the date of delivery on your original order. The controller is warranted for 1 year.

If you suspect a fault with your device and would like to start a warranty request, please request a Return Authorization Number by contacting us at info@omniluxled.com. Someone from their team will review your request and reply within 1-2 business days via email with further instructions. You will need to provide proof of purchase with your request by attaching your original receipt or order confirmation at the time of submitting your warranty request. The Omnilux manufacturer’s warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product.
