The GOMMAGE EXTRAORDINAIRE is a new and innovative product, formulated with a sugar ester emulsion that progressively changes into an oil during the massage, releasing its natural exfoliating agents and giving off a slight heated sensation. In addition, the formula becomes milky with water during the rinsing.
Its exfoliating action is natural thanks to the Macadamia Seed Powder in combination with Natural Sand and Organic Sugar. It effectively eliminates impurities and irregularities caused by dead cells on the surface of the epidermis. The skin is soft, smooth and truly enhanced. It also nourishes the skins, helps moisturize and accelerate skin desquamation and fights again fade away uneven skin pigmentation.
The GOMMAGE EXTRAORDINAIRE provides well-being, purity and balance to the epidermis. The skin looks amazing, with energy and a healthy glow. It has been designed with three specific actions:
- Perfect Exfoliant: A refreshing exfoliant, enriched with mineral-rich sea water and Palmaria Palmata seaweed extract. Gently cleanses and stimulates cell renewal. The skin is visibly smoother and retexturized.
- Purifying Treatment: A purifying skincare which gently captures and eliminates all impurities (dead cells, polluting particles, sebum) through a formula that combines the benefits of vegetable charcoal with natural exfoliants, promoting the effective elimination of skin imperfections and tightening of the pores.
- Beauty Flash Mask: Enriched with an Australian fruits complex, notably tropical AHAs and macadamia extract, the Gommage Extraordinaire may be applied as a mask for nourished, regenerated and radiant skin!

The Gommage Extraordinaire contains principal actives such as tropical fruits grown in Australia: Mango, Papaya and Pineapple Extracts. This extract complex is rich in proteolytic enzymes and has free radical scavenging activity. Australian Macadamia Extract, Vegetable Charcoal (From Silica Rich Bamboo), Natural exfoliants (French Quartz Sand Powder, Olive Seed Powder From Provence), enriched with Pure Seawater and French Red Algae Seaweed Extract, it provides a wealth of magnesium, potassium, calcium, trace elements with balancing, purifying and remineralizing virtues.
How to use:
Apply a thin layer to clean, dry face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Leave for at least 10 mins. Massage in circular motions with lightly moistened hands until the care turns into delicately scented milky bath. Rinse with water. Use 1 or 2 times a week. This ritual may be followed with a thin layer of the ÉCLAT EXTRAORDINAIRE on wet skin.

- Returns: You have 14 days from delivery to return any unopened and unused products in perfect condition—just as they arrived.
- Refunds: If your return reaches us within 30 days of purchase, you’ll have the choice between a refund or store credit (your preference, naturellement). After 30 days, store credit is your only option. Beyond 40 days, refunds and credits are no longer possible.

Tracking Your Order
All shipments include tracking information, so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your door. A confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged Parcels: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@loshen.ca with photos and details. We’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked "delivered" but hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Tips to Avoid Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Opt for a signature upon receipt (required for orders over $350 CAD).
- Have your package delivered to your workplace.
- If you’re not home on the expected delivery date, ask a neighbor to receive your package.
Unclaimed Parcels
If your package is returned to us unclaimed, we’ll issue a refund minus a $23.95 CAD return shipping fee.
