Directions for sleeve removal:

• Release the tension between the glass and the sleeve by running your finger or something like a plastic chopstick at the top between the glass and the sleeve before removing - never force it as it could break

To keep your cup looking like new:

• Immediately rinse after use before placing in the dishwasher
• Wash all pieces of the cap separately
• To remove gasket pull down from the flat area above the K in the bkr logo on the underside of the cap
• Treat your bkr cup like a fancy wine glass (gently) and your gasket and straws like your teeth (clean them or they could stain)
• To remove stubborn smells or tastes from straws, bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes, smell carefully, bake for another 10 minutes if smell persists.

Replacement Policy

bkr thoughtfully design and expertly engineer all bkr products. The bkr bottle is break-resistant with a protective sleeve and cap designed to protect the glass. The cup is more delicate but the double wall borosilicate provides insulation and an elevated sensory experience for both hot and cold beverages. 

We know you will treat your bkrs with care, but sometimes things happen. If your bkr bottle or cup breaks within the first 30 days of purchase email info@loshen.ca:

• 1) a photo of your broken bkr
• 2) the original receipt from mybkr.com
• 3) details regarding how it broke.

Please safely save your sleeve and any part that survived, we'll replace the part that broke. Limited to one bkr per customer. Alteration, misuse or abuse voids this policy. Normal wear and tear are not covered. 

Manufacturer Warranty

We stand behind all of our products and provide a 90-day limited manufacturer warranty for defective parts, not including accidental damage and normal wear and tear. Alteration, misuse or abuse voids this policy. We do not offer monetary reimbursement.
