The Clean Towels are the first single use, ultra soft, and 100% biodegradable face towel. They were created to complete every skincare routine in the cleanest way possible, ensuring the skin is untouched by bacteria, fungus, and build-up that harbors on regular washroom towels. The Clean Towels are famed for their durability, ultra soft texture, and leaving you feeling fresh, clean, and confident in your skincare. Interchangeable and versatile; they can be used in a multitude of different ways- wet or dry.
How it's made:
All variations of the Clean Towels are made of 100% eucalyptus or bamboo viscose (depending which version you choose). To make the Clean Towels, eucalyptus or bamboo is harvested from managed plantations, then broken down into chips that are then washed and cleaned. The chips are dissolved (turning them into viscose), and then sent through a spinneret which produces the soft, cellulose fibers. This fiber is then stretched and pressed, turning them into Clean Towels. The finished product is an ultra-soft and absorbent facial towel. The more you know!

How big are the Clean Towels?
The Clean Towels XL Original and Bamboo are approximately 10in x 12in. The Clean Towels 25ct are approximately 7.5in x 7.5in.
Can the Clean Towels be reused?
Yes, the Clean Towels can be reused. Their fabric remains strong when wet and is durable enough to be gently wrung out. To reuse: rinse them by hand, and hang them to dry. Once dried the fabric will remain soft and pliable. However, we do not recommend reusing them for skincare. If you are making direct contact with your skin, the Clean Towel should then be tossed and not reused. Quick tip- after you dry your face with a Clean Towel, wipe the excess water off of your counter before throwing them out!
How are they sustainable if they are disposable?
Clean Skin Club acknowledges the importance of environmentally friendly products and manufacturing procedures. Our Clean Towels, along with our other hygiene products, are 100% biodegradable and compostable. We do not use any additive chemicals or fabrics in the Clean Towels that do not biodegrade easily. Although you will dispose of them, the Clean Towels completely biodegrade within 4-6 weeks. While personal waste methods vary, you may also recycle or compost the Clean Towels.

Shipping Policy
- LOSHEN & CREM offers FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING everywhere in Canada for all orders over $189.99 (after discounts and before taxes). Except on our annual sales, FREE EXPEDITED SHIPPING on all orders over $250 or $25 shipping.
- Shipping fees for orders under $189.99 (after discounts and before taxes) are $18.95.
- Packages are shipped from Monday to Friday, not including federal and provincial statutory holidays.
- No additional customs fees and extra charges.
Please note that if you make any changes with the courier after the dispatch, our carrier will charge a $32 fee. In addition, we will have to withdraw the Free Express shipping option from your SkinSkinGlow points account. We appreciate your understanding.
Our processing time starts from the moment your order is successfully submitted and may take up to 2 business days to dispatch your order. However, please be aware that processing and handling time may be extended during peak sale periods. Before we can ship your order, we may need to hold your order for payment verification and confirm your details with your card issuer.

Delivery times
The usual time for processing an order is 24 hours (business days), but may vary depending on the availability of products ordered. This period excludes delivery times, which depend on your geographic location.Estimated delivery times:- Canada

A signature will be required for orders over $350, free of charge. As a precautionary method due to COVID-19, an acknowledgement from the person who receives the package may be collected instead of a signature at the time of delivery. In such cases, the acknowledgement by the person who received the package at the delivery address will be taken as proof of delivery.
If a shipment notice is left at your door, you must collect items from the designated pick up location within the pickup window to avoid your order being returned to Loshen & Crem.
LOSHEN & CREM (LOTION COSMETICS INC) will not be liable for loss of any package(s) for which a delivery signature or acknowledgement was not obtained .
Loshen & Crem's is not responsible for incorrect or missing information on the shipping address. Important :

LOSHEN & CREM cannot refund OR re-ship orders that have address errors, a lack of relevant information, or a last-minute change.Note: If you realize an error or want to make a change after your order has left with the carrier has picked up a warehouse and, we advise you to contact the carrier's customer service department and sees with them if it is possible to change the delivery address.
Carrier delivery delay
Our delivery times are for information only and do not constitute a guarantee. That said, if you experience an unusual delay in the delivery of your package, contact us at info@loshen.ca and we will open a service ticket with the carrier. If necessary, additional delays may apply. Also, please note that we can not send a replacement package without confirmation from the carrier regarding the status and whereabouts of your initial package. ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS, IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!
Tracking Your Order
All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has left our warehouse, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. You will be able to track your package at all times. If you are a registered customer and have an account with us, you will also track your purchase history section orders.
Availability and OUT-OF-STOCK
Shipping is subject to product availability. In exceptional cases, where inventory for select items is no longer available, that item may be removed from your order, and all other items will be shipped. Refer to your shipment confirmation email to review all items sent and the amount charged to your card. Depending on your items' size and fulfillment location, you may receive your order in multiple packages. Some products offered may be temporarily out of stock. In such a case, a customer service agent will contact you by email to inform you of any shipping delays. If your order contains a combination of available products and out-of-stock products, you should expect multiple shipments.
Restrictions
Certain aerosols and alcohol-based products, such as fragrances and nail polish, are considered hazardous materials by Transport Canada, and must be shipped using Standard Ground shipping.
Damaged Parcel

If your package has been delivered in a PO Box, please note that we are not responsible for any damage that may result (consequences of extreme temperatures, theft, etc.). For products damaged during transport, Send an email to info@loshen.ca, but please see our Exchanges & Warranty > Products damaged during the delivery section.
Your package was marked "delivered", but you haven't received it!
We do our best to make your order goes out on the same day it was placed. We ship express (Canada post, Purolator or FedEx), once the order has left our warehouse, we can't guarantee the delivery time. Rest assured that we will be there to help.When the tracking for your package is updated as "delivered" by the postal carrier, it triggers an automatic email from us to let you know about this new status. Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest:

Delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake and will arrive the following day.

We always update your order with your tracking and carrier to contact them directly with your tracking. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery.

If the package still does not show up, please call the carrier to fill a claim. LOSHEN & CREM cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders misdelivered by the carrier or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding.
Tips to make sure you don't have your package stolen.
• Opt for the signature upon receipt of your package (especially if you live in an apartment block)
• Have your package delivered to your workplace
• Or if you do not plan to be at home on the day of delivery, (you have the expected delivery date) ask a neighbor to pick up the package.

Unclaimed Parcel
If the carrier fails to deliver the item as intended, it is sent to a post office for you to pickup. If you have received a delivery notice, follow the instructions on the notice to retrieve your item or check the delivery status using the tracking number we provided to you by email.When you go to the post office to pick up your parcel, you will have to present the following documents:

WARNING: You will have a maximum period of 10 business days to pick up your package at the post office. Once this period is exceeded, the package will automatically be returned to us, and we will proceed to the cancellation and refund of your order, minus the delivery costs for the return of your package to our warehouse ($23.95 flat-rate).

LOSHEN & CREM offers free samples with most orders. Not all brands have samples to offer, but if they do, you will receive them! Expect to receive 1-3 samples per order depending on the order amount. Our Skin Care Specialists will choose samples that compliment your order.
